Our Mission
We are a non-profit organization committed to reducing pet overpopulation through affordable spay and neuter programs. Our focus is on providing low cost spay and neuter vouchers, including state-mandated rabies vaccinations, ensuring the health and well-being of local animals.

Our process made easy
1. Apply by mail/Online/Text
Request an application by mail at

Include name, address, county of residence, species of pet (cat or dog) sex of pet (male or female)
When we have vouchers available we will send an application, when you receive it, fill it out, and return it with a $25 fee per pet.(limit 2 per month) For Sharp and Fulton County AR residents.
You can request an application by TEXT: at 870-705-1603 no phone calls please, this is a personal number. Include name and mailing address, county of residence, species and sex of pet.

Fill out the form below. in the message include your mailing address, county you live in, species and sex of pet you are requesting an application for.. IF YOU DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS AND COUNTY OF RESIDENCE WE CAN NOT SEND YOU AN APPLICATION because we dont know where to send it.
2. Receive your voucher and make your appointment
Once your application is processed, we'll send you a voucher to take to a participating veterinarian. This voucher covers the cost of spay/neuter surgery and state-mandated rabies vaccination
You will contact the Veterinarians office after you receive your voucher and make an appointment.
Be sure to take the voucher with you to the appointment, this is the payment for services. You must have the voucher.
3. At the Vets Office
Present your voucher to the veterinarian. If your pet has a current rabies vaccine. Please take written proof (tag isn't sufficient proof) from your pets regular veterinarian along with the voucher to your appointment. if you don't have proof of rabie vaccination they will give another one.
They will handle the rest at the vets office, ensuring your pet receives the necessary care.
